5. Orders & Payment
All orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated. Orders are subject to acceptance, availability, and confirmation.
Revive & Thrive reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, delivery limitations, or violation of these Terms & Conditions.
6. Order Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate order, contact, shipping, delivery, and pickup information at checkout.
Revive & Thrive is not responsible for issues caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete contact information, missed deliveries, delayed pickup, or failure to follow handling and refrigeration instructions.
7. Shipping, Delivery & Pickup
Our juices are fresh and perishable. To maintain product integrity, same-day shipping or delivery is required once an order is prepared.
Once your juice shipment or order is received, all juices must be refrigerated within 2 hours. Juices should remain refrigerated until ready to consume.
Revive & Thrive is not responsible for product quality concerns caused by missed delivery, delayed pickup, incorrect delivery information, weather-related delays, carrier delays, or failure to refrigerate products within the required timeframe.
8. Refunds, Returns & Exchanges
Due to the fresh and perishable nature of our products, all sales are final once an order has been prepared, fulfilled, shipped, delivered, or picked up.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for completed juice orders, including orders that were missed, left unrefrigerated, delayed due to incorrect delivery information, or not refrigerated within 2 hours of receipt.
If there is an issue with your order, such as a missing item, wrong item, or damaged product upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Approved order issues may be resolved through replacement, store credit, or another solution at the discretion of Revive & Thrive.
9. Cancellations & Changes
Orders may only be canceled or changed before they enter preparation. Once an order has been prepared or fulfilled, it cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or changed.
Revive & Thrive reserves the right to determine whether an order is eligible for cancellation or modification.
10. Product Storage & Freshness
Customers are responsible for properly storing all juices after receipt. Products must be refrigerated and consumed by the recommended date listed on the bottle, packaging, or product information.
Failure to follow storage, refrigeration, or consumption guidelines may affect freshness, taste, quality, and safety.
11. Promotions, Discounts & Gift Cards
Promotions, discounts, and special offers are subject to availability and may be changed, limited, or discontinued at any time.
Discount codes may not be combined unless expressly stated. Promotions have no cash value and cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
Gift cards, if offered, are non-refundable and must be used according to the terms listed at the time of purchase.
