Because our products are perishable and made to support the highest standard of quality, we have clear policies in place to protect both our customers and the integrity of our juices.While our refund and handling policies may be strict, they help us ensure every order is treated with the same level of care, safety, and consistency. We encourage you to review your order, ingredients, delivery details, and refrigeration requirements before completing your purchase so you can enjoy your juices at their best.
Refund Policy
At Revive & Thrive, our juices are made fresh and prepared with care. Because our products are perishable and cannot be reused or resold once prepared, all sales are final.
We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for completed juice orders, including orders that were missed, left unrefrigerated, delayed due to incorrect delivery information, or not refrigerated within 2 hours of receipt.
Order Issues
If there is an issue with your order, such as receiving the wrong item, a missing item, or a product that appears damaged upon delivery, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Freshness & Handling
Juices must be refrigerated within 2 hours of receiving your shipment to maintain freshness, quality, and safety. Revive & Thrive is not responsible for concerns caused by improper storage, delayed pickup, missed delivery, or failure to refrigerate products within the recommended timeframe.
Cancellations
Orders may only be canceled before they are prepared. Once an order has entered preparation, it cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that Revive & Thrive juices are fresh, perishable products and that all sales are final once prepared or fulfilled.
Allergy Disclaimer
Revive & Thrive juices are made with fresh fruits, vegetables, herbs, spices, and other functional ingredients. Customers are responsible for reviewing the ingredient list for each juice before purchasing, especially if they have known allergies, sensitivities, dietary restrictions, or medical concerns.
